Workplace is a project-management tool built around a simple, almost subversive premise: project status should update itself. Instead of asking project managers to maintain dashboards by hand, the product listens to the "digital exhaust" their teams already generate — Slack threads, Zoom meetings, Jira tickets, Linear issues — and keeps every project current in real time.
I led product and brand design across the surfaces that make that premise legible: the daily landing experience, the project workspace, the data-hygiene tooling, and the marketing site that sells the whole thing. The work spanned positioning, information architecture, interaction design, code-driven frontend implementation, and the entire user experience of the app.
